This plan is another adaption of an Iain Rice original. It was published in 'Model Railway Layout Design' and is called Butley Mills there.

Personally I always liked the way the track 'to the rest of the world' disappears behind some structures in the foreground. The original plan used a large mill building there, but I did replace that with a mine and tipple and the Grandt Line 10 Stamp Mill. It would probably be better to design one large complex for that area eg a larger mill.
